Scope and local study data
This policy covers EMT Exam Prep and its website, operated by Momentum Apps. The app does not require a Momentum Apps account. Study progress, preferences and quiz results are stored on your device. Removing app data can remove that local history.
Purchases and subscriptions
We use RevenueCat with Apple App Store and Google Play to provide and restore paid access. These services process purchase history, transaction and app user identifiers, entitlement status, and related device or technical information needed for billing and subscription functionality. We do not receive your full payment-card details. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy and your store provider’s privacy policy.
Website and support
Our website uses Google Analytics to understand visits and usage, including device/browser information and website interactions. Hosting providers process technical request information to serve and secure the site. If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. Please do not send patient information or sensitive medical records.
Use, sharing and retention
We use this information to operate purchases, provide support, maintain security and understand website usage. Service providers process information for those purposes; we do not sell your personal information. Local data remains until you remove it. Support and transaction records may be retained as needed for support, legal obligations and purchase restoration.
Your choices
Manage subscriptions and store privacy settings through Apple or Google. You can remove local study data through your device settings. Contact us to request access to or deletion of information we hold about you; some purchase records may need to be retained by us or the store for legal or billing reasons. Browser settings can restrict cookies or analytics.
